Legal 500 firm with rich heritage are looking for an entrepreneurial, go-getting Residential Property Solicitor 2 years+ PQE to work on the caseload of a busy, well respected, inspirational Partner based in South West London.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor 2 years+ PQE to join their South West London Office.

You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust, lease extensions and freehold acquisitions. The team provide an efficient and highly personal residential property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to a dedicated member of the team who will progress their matter from instruction to completion. A significant number of the team's new instructions come from existing clients and recommendation.

The Requirements

• You will be experienced in Residential Property with at least 2 years PQE.
• You will have a sound knowledge of residential property
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will be keen to develop and participate in marketing activities for the Lending Team, the Department and the Office
