COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - 2+ PQE - MANCHESTER -
An excellent opportunity at a leading firm to join their commercial property department and run a healthy caseload of commercial property matters.
Typical matters will include plot sales, acquisitions and disposals, new builds, commercial landlord and tenant matters, property finance transactions, construction and commercial property litigation. You will enjoy a supportive and collaborative working environment within the department whilst having the autonomy to develop a real specialism in real estate.
