Criminal Duty Solicitor

An exciting opportunity to join the Crime Department at our successful and highly regarded Exeter firm.

As a Criminal Duty Solicitor it is beneficial to have from 1+ years PQE and demonstrate detailed knowledge and expertise in dealing with a criminal law caseload. Higher Rights of Audience would be desirable.

You will need to work effectively as a Criminal Duty Solicitor with minimal supervision, dealing with all aspects of criminal work and representing clients both in Court and at the Police Station. The successful applicant should have the flexibility to travel to attend Police Stations and Court at a variety of different locations.
