A Legal 500 and chambers listed commercial law firm are looking to recruit a senior lawyer to their property litigation team in South Manchester. 

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced property litigation solicitor (upwards of 6 years PQE) to join one of the regions leading commercial firms. 

The firm will consider either a senior associate or partner level hire for this position. The successful candidate will be become a key member of the team and will work with the head of department and partners to drive forward the development of the property litigation team in this office. The property department totals 30 fee earners, as well as having a dedicated property litigation team which is 'top tier' listed and being led by 'exceptional' partners.

This position is to deal with a broad mix of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, insolvent tenant disputes, site acquisitions, Easements, Development Agreement, Option Agreement and Overage disputes as well as residential landlord and management company disputes. The client base is second to none and you will be representing household names, FTSE listed companies and specific property developers.
