LOCUM CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE – 3+ PQE – WARWICKSHIRE/WEST MIDLANDS – ASSIGNMENT 1 TO 3 MONTHS – JOB REF:2714

This well-regarded regional firm are seeking an experienced and hardworking Civil Litigation Locum to join the team to cover a period of permanent recruitment. This role will be based in the office, with the firm being fully COVID secure. The caseload is mixture of civil cases including; contested wills/contentious probate, professional negligence, large debt recovery, landlord and tenant, and commercial/contract disputes. There is a small amount of personal injury cases, however it is not essential that the locum has knowledge in this area. The firm are looking for a solicitor who can deal with a civil litigation caseload from day 1. this is an office based role however there may be flexibility to work from home part time. The role is based within the firms Coventry office, however they will consider the candidate working from the Kenilworth Office. The candidate should be well versed in civil law and able to handle approximately 40 files. This role will be starting from the middle of January and continuing on for approximately 1-3 months.
