The firm are well known as one of the largest regional law firms in the West Midlands. They strive to work in a forward thinking and streamline way. The busy Civil Litigation team are looking to add a like-minded Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle an existing caseload. This role has arisen due to both the growth in the team and the need to cover a period of maternity leave. The firm would look to take the candidate on a permanent basis, dependent upon the success of the fixed term contract. You will be working in the busy Civil Litigation team on a varied Personal Injury/ Clinical caseload, including matters such as; pre- litigation and litigated cases and fast track to multi-track cases within personal injury and clinical negligence. This role is office based and full time 9am-5pm office hours. The role is initially for 6-9 months but the candidate may be offered a permanent position depending on the success of the contract. The ideal candidate for this role will be hard working and passionate about making a difference within civil law. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge within clinical negligence and personal injury matters. The candidate must be able to work to their own initiative and with minimum supervision.
