If you are Family Solicitor looking for an opportunity to work within a well regarded department with an interesting range of work this could be one of the best options for you locally. The firm have offices across the South East and a strong reputation in Family Law. They are looking for an ambitious Solicitor with good technical Matrimonial Finance experience to join what is a busy yet friendly team.
You will deal with a full caseload of private family work including divorce and the financial aspects of marriage breakdown along with pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements and associated Private Children work. Ideally you would be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years PQE (or equivalent). This is a varied and interesting role with an emphasis on mid to high net worth financial cases with some private children matters. Ideally you will also be confident in carrying out your own advocacy or at least very keen to build upon your existing expertise.
This role is based in the Hove which has excellent transport links and is a great opportunity to join a growing firm and department that will give you a flexible and supportive working environment.
