TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity to join a friendly , well established, quality practice in Central Cardiff who are are looking for a Head of Residential and Commercial to join their well respected property department which operates from its Cardiff City Center office in South Wales. The successful candidate will be a diligent, confident, self-motivated and experienced solicitor.

As well as running your own quality caseload you will also have day to day management responsibilities including supervising and supporting staff, ensuring the firm and its staff remain compliant and be involved in growing the department. You will report to the managing partner and attend the quarterly Partners meetings.

To take on this challenge the successful candidate will have:

An exemplary background in property law

True leadership qualities such as confidence, vision and tenacity

Be very well organised with a proven planned approach

Computer literate and competent in the use of MS software

Excellent communication skills and an approachable manner
