We are working with a very close client that has a recruitment drive and are looking to appoint three new Residential Conveyancers in January 2021. The reason for this expansion is our client has an abundance of work and a steady and continuous flow of residential conveyancing instructions. If job security is important to you then these Residential Conveyancing roles in the current legal market should not go unnoticed.
Joining the Residential Conveyancing team, you would be handling your own caseload of matters from inception to completion, covering sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold, registered, and unregistered properties. You would have the support of a technical advisor, team leader, and two other Conveyancers sat alongside you. So, this really is a role offering support of the highest levels.
The firm require an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running with a mixed caseload of matters with minimal support. To be considered for this position you must be technically sound and be equally confident running leasehold matters as you are freehold matters, and you must be confident title checking.
