JOB TITLE: Family Legal Aid Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire/ West Midlands
SALARY: Up to £34,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This high rated and thriving regional firm are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Family Legal Aid Solicitor to work within their busy family team. The role will include dealing with matters such as; legal aid private law matters, children, financial matters, injunctions and domestic violence. The role will include both public and private law- the ideal candidate will be expected to be knowledgeable in both areas. This role will include advocacy and attendance at court. The role is full time and office based, however the firm are looking to hear from candidates looking at a part time role.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be hard working and passionate about making a difference within family law. You should have good quality experience within private family law, legal aid, childcare proceedings and domestic violence. You should be keen to grow the team you work within using marketing materials and business development within the community. The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ PQE. It is essential the candidate has a full driving license as you may be required to travel between the local offices.
