PROPERTY SOLICITOR – 6+ PQE – EAST YORKSHIRE - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:2736

This is an exciting role for a confident and experienced Property Solicitor to join a firm with a strong reputation in the market. The successful Property Solicitor will be expected to handle a broad caseload of residential conveyancing files along with a handful of commercial matters with minimal supervision. The majority of the caseload will include, but is not limited to, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new builds and buy-to-let along with some of the firms’ commercial matters. This opportunity is ideal for a Property Solicitor who is hoping to establish their career and progress within a supportive firm. For the right candidate, a Head of Department opportunity is available therefore Solicitors seeking progression opportunities are encouraged to apply. Associated with this role is the addition of an impressive bonus structure. Applications are sought from Property Solicitors who have a solid experience in Residential Conveyancing and ideally will have upwards of 6 years’ PQE in this area. It would also be beneficial for the appointed Property Solicitor to have some experience of handling Commercial Property matters. Applicants must be confident self-starters and have a proven track record of success in this area of law. Excellent organisational skills along with good communication is essential in order to be successful in this role.
