Job Details
This major UK law firm are offering a rare opportunity to join their private client team in a senior capacity and the work they do has been recognised in thr awards they've won, so if you can provide clients with the complex advice they need and build strong relationships with clients, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a firm at the prime end of the market.
The work undertaken in the private client team involves a full and varied caseload advising a range of clients specialising in trust advice and administration, including:
- Tax planning advice regarding all aspects of trusts
- Inheritance tax calculations
- Management and administation of complex trusts to include maintenance and preperation of all related accounting records and HMRC returns
- FATCA/CRS/Trust Register reporting
You will also supervise a team of trust administrators and will work closely with clients, including wealthy families and individuals, business people and landowners. To be considered, you will be an experienced Trust Manager with solid experience of preparing sets of trust accounts with a STEP, CIOT or ATT qualification.
