An excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to further their career at one of the region's leading firms.
Due to an increase in business the Employment team at this long established East Sussex firm are seeking to welcome an enthusiastic and ambitious qualified solicitor or legal executive to the Eastbourne office. The firm have offices at several locations with possibly the widest coverage across the region which itself continually see them growing form strength to strength.
The firm has an excellent reputation with a commercial outlook yet personal approach in providing highly effective and well regarded legal advice. The Employment team deal with a broad range of matters advising both employees and employers on employment law and HR related matters and business immigration. The team seek and an individual with experience up to 5years PQE, ideally you will competent and comfortable in managing their own caseload. Support will be on hand for lesser experienced individuals too and the firm have a great attitude towards professional development.
Key aspects of the role will include:
- Advising on all aspects of employment law and human resources (employers and employees )
- Business immigration;
- Employment tribunal and county court litigation
- Settlement Agreements;
- Drafting employment contracts, handbooks and policies
- TUPE and transactional support work.
