£35000 - £45000

A very unique opportunity to join a specialist team providing a full suite of Employer Legal and HR consultancy services. Work directly with senior partners, develop at pace, work with international clients in a very non-corporate environment.

The firm are leading light in employment law. They provide a full suite of employment law advisory services, HR consultancy as well as employment related training from their base in East Sussex with a further location servicing clients across The UK. The team consists of some very highly regarded employment law specialists who are ranked and recognised amongst their peers and various industry bodies. Their clients are as many as they are varied and the firm operates both nationally and internationally providing complex advice and services to organisations in the private, public, and voluntary sectors including insurers, aviation, retail and global real estate management and investment firms.

If you are an ambitious Solicitor (or Legal Exec) with an experience level that would allow you to deal with your own work but perhaps still on the way to establishing yourself further in employment law this is probably one of the best firms in the region to develop your career. You will join a dynamic team who do work very closely together therefore you will benefit considerably from regular interaction with the senior leadership of the firm and this will underpin further rapid career progress, ongoing professional development and ensure you have all the support to establish yourself as a recognised and respected employment solicitor. You would certainly be hard pushed to find support at this level of focus elsewhere within the region.

The role will have an emphasis on the management of an Employment Tribunal caseload, as well as other practice areas, including delivery of employment law training and employment law advisory services. The firm are very active in business development and engaging with their clients as a whole, therefore an individual keen to interact and with a personable approach would be much sought after. The team are professional, dynamic and able to call on a mix of expertise both legal and non legal due to the make up of the firm and the services they offer. They operate in a culture of utmost professionalism but with a relaxed outlook and open approach to business in a very non-corporate working environment.

This is a very unique opportunity that many other legal firms will not be able to provide you with. It combines excellent career progression, the chance to work with leading national and international brands and at the same time an incredibly friendly team and open working environment. It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
