Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor
 
A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor within a leading law firm in their Winchester, Hampshire office.

The Role
The role will involve responsibility for your own case load, with some support available from Paralegals as well as working closely with the Partners and other Solicitors on business development opportunities and marketing. A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients is therefore very important.
The Senior Housing Litigation Solicitor will run a case load of anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair. anti social
The successful candidate will be someone who can work closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in housing management work.
 
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Housing Litigation.
