Private Client Solicitor (NQ-3yrs PQE)

Due to continued growth, an established and growing full service law firm in Worthing, West Sussex are seeking a recently qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (likely NQ to 3yrs PQE) to join their wills, trusts and probate department.

You'll be joining an established specialist private client team who work closely together and is headed up by a very experienced Private Client Partner (STEP and SFE Member) who will be a great mentor.

You'll have involvement in a range of private client matters including Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts. You'll be handling your own caseload and will assist on more complex matters.

You must be a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Private Client Executive (CILEX), ideally gained in a similar environment where you've had exposure to a range of private client matters including tax and trusts. Knowledge of the entire estate administration process is essential as is the ability to deal with estates subject to IHT and other taxes. Experience of the property aspect of Trusts is also desirable. Trainee Solicitors qualifying in the next 3-6 months with a minimum 6 month seat in private client are also encouraged to apply. You'll have excellent client care skills and be comfortable in dealing with vulnerable clients.
