Are you experienced in all aspects of private client law and seeking a role where you can build and develop your experience within private client, then we want to hear from you! Due to continued expansion, our client who are a Legal 500 progressive law firm, situated on the high street close to shops and restaurants, are looking for a qualified solicitor to join their busy wills and probate team. The candidate will join a close knit team of talented professionals who are recognised for their high quality work and high level of service that they provide to their clients.

With a minimum of 1+ year PQE, the right candidate will have experience of the administration of Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning, Will and Trust Drafting and Elderly Client work. Membership of STEP and SFE is preferred.

You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team, including delivering seminars and writing articles. You must enjoy looking after clients and demonstrate skill and sensitivity in dealing with the bereaved and the elderly. An interest in Spanish law would also be an advantage.
