A regional law firm with offices across East Sussex and West Sussex are seeking a Senior Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (likely 5yrs+ PQE) to join their family law department in Brighton/Hove.
Joining an established family team, you'll be taking over from a retiring Family Lawyer managing a caseload of all aspects of private family work including financial & children issues following separation, divorce & civil partnership dissolution, cohabitation cases, pre and post nuptial/civil partnership & cohabitation agreements and settlements.
As you will be the only Family Solicitor in the office, however, part of the wider regional department, its essential you can work with little supervision.
You must be a qualified Senior Family Solicitor/Family Lawyer (FCILEx) likely with 5yrs+ PQE. This role will ideally suit a Family Lawyer with a can do' attitude, friendly and professional manner with experience of working in Family law.
