Experienced Residential Conveyancer 

QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced residential conveyancer to join this successful property specialist law firm.  

Working in a small team, you will be competent to manage your own mixed caseload of property matters to include freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered.  You should have experience handling the full range of transactions to include sale and purchase, new build, mortgages and remortgages and transfers of equity and be able to handle a volume caseload.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience carrying your own residential conveyancing caseload.  In addition you should be able to title check.
