COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR - WEST YORKSHIRE - (3+ PQE)
This firm is a leading provider of legal services to the health, housing and social care sectors. They have an excellent reputation and are a highly desirable employer within the legal sector. They are at the forefront of agile working and there is the option to work from home for a couple of days per week.
They are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to help grow their Corporate and Commercial practice. The role will involve a broad range of commercial and contractual based advisory and transactional work, including procurement in the public sector, mostly for the healthcare sector. Knowledge of the UK healthcare market and related markets would be advantageous, but not essential.
You will ideally have:
- A commercial and legal background
- 3+ Years PQE (it is worth applying if you are a little outside of that)
- Experience working with a range of public sector and/or private sector clients
- An interest in business development as well as growing business from existing clients
- A good attitude, great interpersonal skills and be commercially savvy
