RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - NORTH SURREY

A Legal 500 firm are looking for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with more than 5 years' PQE to work in their office near to Guildford. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey. 

This is an interesting position for an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to progress their career. You will work closely with the Head of Residential Property and be responsible for managing a busy Residential Property caseload and managing junior members of the team. While there is already a good pipeline of instructions, it is essential that the successful candidate enjoys forging and maintaining these networks through active business development.

You will be competent across a full range of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgage and transfer of equity. Experience of managing junior members of the team is desirable for this position. Experience of acting for high net worth clients would also be advantageous.
