SENIOR LITIGATION/DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR/PARTNER - (5+ PQE) -
We have a rare and high-level opportunity for a Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join a thriving multi-office firm in Yorkshire. This role is at senior or Partner level and applications will be encouraged from Senior Solicitors / Associates looking to step up, together with existing Partner level candidates looking for lateral moves.
This position comes with a great deal of autonomy and we are seeking a Senior Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor with solid and broad litigation / dispute resolution experience, ideally coming from a regional firm. This firm has a great reputation and you will be leading a small established team, as well as handling complex Litigation matters for a growing client base. There will be full team support and the existing Litigation Partner will also be available for support where necessary.
This is a senior appointment with huge potential and your hard-earned expertise will be well rewarded. You will need a minimum of 5+ years PQE at senior level in wide ranging Commercial Disputes work, both claimant and defendant, gained at a respected firm and you should be ready for a major career upgrade and an outstanding future. Some experience in Professional negligence would be a bonus here.
