A talented Planning Solicitor is sought to join one of leading firms in the North with an exceptional reputation within real estate and planning, based out of the firms prestigious Manchester offices.
The successful candidate will be working within a small team but larger department comprising of Partners, Solicitors and assistants. You will be working on a wide range of projects including preparation and co-ordination of planning applications, negotiation and management of projects, contentious planning application appeals and a diverse range of development projects. Day to day, you will be dealing with a mixture of non-contentious and contentious work.
You will have excellent academics, trained with a highly regarded firm and will have a background working as a Planning Solicitor. The PQE for the role is open (upwards of 4 PQE). This is a great opportunity to really make the role your own and expand a growing department.
