RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE - GREATER MANCHESTER - (1-4 PQE) -
An excellent opportunity in Residential Property Litigation at a highly reputable Legal 500 firm. The firm have an excellent reputation for providing a first-class service to their clients, and they are seeking a talented solicitor to join the team.
You will be undertaking a rich and varied caseload of residential landlord and tenant work and you will have all the support you need to succeed in the role. You will be involved in the broad spectrum of residential landlord and tenant matters such as county court proceedings, rent recovery, landlord and tenant dispute resolution, drafting advise to landlords, evictions and insurance.
You will enjoy the autonomy of managing your own caseload of matters whilst benefitting from the support of senior Lawyers. The role benefits from flexible working policies to help you get the most out of the role, including the rare opportunity to be partly based from home.
