Our client is a highly respected regional firm based in Hertfordshire, seeking a commercially minded Associate or Senior Associate to join their leading Commercial Property Team, led by Partners individually credited by the L500.

The role

The successful candidate will have conduct of a high quality caseload of commercial landlord and tenant work, acting on behalf of the firms ever increasing network of nationwide, high profile clients. You will work alongside an impressive and dedicated team of Lawyers, many of whom joined from City firms to continue practising top quality work but with a more favourable quality of life.

The applicant

Applicants will have a minimum of 6 years' PQE and substantial landlord and tenant experience gained from working at respected law firms. Proven success and a keen interest in business development is essential.
