Commercial Disputes Solicitor

My well established Devon based law firm client is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their well respected, expanding litigation department. They have a long history and pride themselves on delivering the highest levels of customer service.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to deal with a mix of commercial contract disputes, debt recovery, property litigation and other broad disputes including supporting the employment law team.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of commercial disputes and proven ability running a full and varied caseload.

Experience in construction or property law litigation is highly desirable.

Salary is dependent on experience - £35,000 - £45,000
