Job Details

A Private Practice Law firm in Thames Valley is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial and Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established team. You will mainly be  dealing with clients from modest SMEs to nationally recognised corporations across a range of industry sectors. 
 
This is a boutique 3 Partner commercial law firm with an established reputation throughout Thames Valley and Greater London.

You will be joining an experienced team of 3 other lawyers and working closely with the a Head of Department, a Senior Associate and Assistant Solicitor.
 
You will be a stand alone Commercial & Property Litigation Solicitor role, so you must be able to hit the ground running.
 
The current caseload is 70% Property Litigation and 30% Commercial Litigation.
 
The role will include handling matters around:
  • Contract disputes 
  • Corporate and Shareholder Disputes
  • Property Disputes to include contentious Lease renewals, dilapidations claims and possession
  • Landlord and Tenant Disputes to include service charge areas, boundary disputes, noise disputes, access and rights of way
  • Partnership Disputes
  • Enforcement of Judgements
The role requires you to have both High Court and County Court litigation experience , a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a great firm.
