Opportunity to join this local high street practice based in Chorlton & Didsbury and deal with a broad mix of conveyancing matters.

Ideally you will have gained 2 years' experience within conveyancing and be a qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer who is capable of running their own caseload unsupervised. The caseload will consist of a broad mix of sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy, transfer of equity and auction properties for both freehold & leasehold matters. You will be running matters from inception to completion however you will have Paralegal assistance. 

There will be a Partner who has overall supervision of the small team however for the majority of the time you will be given the autonomy to run transactions as you see fit. The majority of the client base will be from the local Chorlton, Didsbury and South Manchester areas as this law firm has close ties to a local estate agency that refers a significant proportion of work on a regular basis. No business development is required for this role and your main responsibilites will be fee earning based. 

Salary will be £35,000 - £40,000 however there will be benefits such as a work / life balance and progression opportunities available.
