PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR

Upto £48k depending upon experience.

I've worked with this nationally recognised, high profile firm for some time and recruited several Personal Injury Solicitors across multiple offices, all of which are delighted with their role!

I'm pleased to be working with them again to recruit a number of Personal Injury Solicitors as their team continues to develop.

This position is open to experienced Personal Injury Solicitors or CILEx who have handled and had ownership of their own litigated caseload arising from EL/PL matters in a previous role.


The Role/ Candidate:

-Experience in Litigating a full EL/PL caseload.

-The ideal candidate will be an admitted Solicitor or CILEx with a miniumum of 3 years post qualification experience.

- You will have demonstrable experience managing cases from commencement of litigation to conclusion including: dealing with issue and service of proceedings, reviewing and responding to defences, management of matters through court directions including interim applications through to instruction of counsel for trial and work associated with the trial itself.
