RESIDENITAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 

An interesting opportunity has emerged for an experienced  Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well established law firm in  Ashford, Kent.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary law firm with offices across Kent. They have a strong and loyal network of clients across local businesses and private clients and have an enviable reputation in the area. They are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to carry out a mixed caseload

Entering at Associate level, the successful applicant will be responsible for  a loyal client base carrying out Residential Property transactions. This will include country houses and agricultural property in addition to regular sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property.

It is preferred that applicants have a minimum of 5 years' PQE, have excellent technical skills and a strong background in client cultivation. There is a good active client base, so candidates do not need to have a following, but must be able to demonstrate the ability to nurture client relationships and provide exceptional serviceCandidates with a mixed background in Commercial and Residential Property are also welcome to apply, although Commercial experience is not essential.

Salary is very much dependant on experience, but it will be competitive. The role is based in Ashford, Kent.
