Job Details
A newly or recently qualified Insolvency Lawyer is required by a very modern, Legal 500 rated, Commercial Law firm with a superb base of both personal and business clients across multiple industry sectors, together with a thriving sports law practice.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of renowned and legal 500 rated specialists and would have between NQ and 2 years’ experience and be able to support the Head of Department with both personal and corporate insolvency matters including but not limited to:
Asset Sale agreements
Defending of claims against Directors
Corporate Insolvency advice
Debt and Asset Recovery
Possession Proceedings
Acting against LPA receivers
Bankruptcy annulments and discharges
Directors Disqualifications
The team is headed by two modern and Legal 500 rated Partners both of which have incredibly supportive attitudes.
