South Wales – Remote Working

We are recruiting for a Housing Litigation Locum on behalf of our Client a full service, national law firm with an office based in South Wales. The firm are looking for an experienced Housing Litigation Locum to join their Litigation team on a basis.

The successful candidate will be required to handle all matters including, but not limited to:  tenancy enforcement, nuisance behaviour, criminal or anti-social behaviour, succession, disrepair claims, homelessness and allocations.

This position is open to applications from Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will have prior experience managing a team.

This well regarded firm, are seeking a full-time locum and are offering a remote working set-up for the foreseeable. However, they do require locums to attend the office for court hearings. The rate on offer is expected to be £30 to £40 per hour, depending on experience.
