The Role

This firm are now looking for a contentious trusts and probate to join their successful team and help service new client needs from their office in Birmingham.

You will join their successful team and work directly with the Senior Associate on contentious trust and probate claims from end-to-end. From the first day you will be helping to manage a robust pipeline of work and you'll also get exposure to more complex estate disputes.

Requirements

• Either a Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with demonstrable experience in various key Contentious Trust and Probate areas (1 year +)
• You will need to be a self-starter who can still work as part of a close-knit team
• Show a willingness to help with business development and marketing of the department
