Job Details
A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join a long standing yet modern law firm in central Newcastle Upon Tyne. You should have around one to two years post qualification experience within another residential conveyancing department. This Residential Conveyancing Solicitor vacancy is exclusive to SaccoMann and is a leading Residential Conveyancing role within the Newcastle upon Tyne legal market.
If you are ambitious, in the early stages of your career but looking to have a role to be involved in development of a team and work very closely with a Head of Department then this is not an opportunity to miss.
Role
-You will be joining a highly successful residential conveyancing department.
-You will run a full caseload of sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build matters from start to completion. You will be fully supported by a paralegal to help with opening files and post completions.
-This is a very exciting time to be joining this conveyancing department as you will be working very closely with the new Head of Department who is keen to take the team to that next level. You would be encouraged in this role to really be involved in the further development of the team. This is therefore an opportunity to really make your own.
Experience
-You must be a qualified Solicitor and it is envisaged you will have one to two years post qualification experience working within another residential conveyancing department.
-It is essential you are equally confident running sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build matters from start to completion.
-Our client is ideally looking for someone from a more traditional background as opposed to a high-volume background.
-You should have a great attitude and work ethic, good levels of motivation and excellent customer service skills.
