We are working with a new entrant to the Yorkshire legal market, looking to recruit an experienced Legal Manager to take on the role of Operations Manager.

A standout opportunity to take on a senior level role within Personal Injury. This is a rare opportunity to join a new law firm and is a fantastic, career progressing prospect for someone already significantly experienced in Personal Injury Law and management.

As Operations Manager, you will have day to day responsibility for the performance and operation of the claims handling function of the firm. You will have oversight of the legal team and will take the lead on supervision and management of team leaders, fee earners and assistants.

Reporting to the Head of Legal Practice, this role would suit an experienced legal professional looking for a change. A highly competitive salary package is on offer.

It is likely that the successful applicant will be an admitted Solicitor with significant experience in Personal Injury law. A solid understanding of the day-to-day operational management of a fast-paced law firm is essential.
