The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their growing offering based in Guildford

The dispute resolution team deals with a wide range of high-level work. They are seeking a litigator who enjoys variety to come in and join their growing presence. Your caseload will include

• Commercial Litigation; shareholder disputes, contractual issues, fraud and more
• Civil Litigation; property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence and more

You will be working directly alongside several senior partners giving you not only exposure to a strong quality level of work, but mentors to learn and develop from. The partners have an unrivalled focus on technical development over time and they are seeking someone to benefit from their expertise.

Requirements:

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor (2-4 PQE) with specialist knowledge over civil and commercial litigation
• You will be client care focused and driven
• You will be keen to learn, develop and grow technically
