JOB TITLE: Locum Childcare Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Remote Working
HOURLY RATE: Excellent Hourly Rate

THE ROLE:
The successful Locum Childcare Solicitor will take the reins of a busy childcare caseload, conducting casework and in some cases advocacy for a wide range of cases relating to the Children’s Act. You will advise social services, families and young people as well as departments across the organisation to ensure your client’s best interests are served.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a condition-free practising certificate and excellent references. You will have handled your own caseload of Public Sector Children Act matters for a minimum of 3 years in previous roles. The appointed Locum Childcare Solicitor will be joining the team at a busy time therefore must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload.
