Corporate Lawyer

A leading UK Top 50 law firm with offices throughout the UK is looking to add a Corporate lawyer to their team in Manchester who has 3 or more years' of experience in a similar position.

This role will allow you to advise on all aspects of private corporate M&A transactions as well as being instrumental in helping to grow the corporate practice.

You will be a keen business developer, enjoy supporting lawyers at all levels of the practice with training and supervision as well as developing and building upon your own case load.

The Corporate practice has a particular focus on corporate transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.

The practice also acts for private equity funds, fund managers and investee companies and their management teams, therefore it would be helpful if you have some experience in private equity, although not essential.

You will be a bright and enthusiastic lawyer with the drive and confidence to deliver high-quality work and to take initiative.
