Employment Lawyer

Our Employment Team based across Sussex and Surrey was ranked as only one of three firms in Band 1 of Chambers’ 2021 Guide (https://chambers.com/department/dmh-stallard-llp-employment-uk-1:23:17139:1:520) .

In the light of the continued growth and success of the Employment and Business Immigration Team, we are looking to recruit two Solicitors (likely to be c1-6 years PQE).

Working on a combination on contentious and non-contentious matters (predominantly for an employer client base), the successful candidates will work closely with the supportive and collegiate team. Even before Covid we operated a flexible working policy, with a focus on providing top quality advice in a highly responsive way.

You will have a thorough grounding in employment legislation and case law, and a desire to hone your business development skills. Ideally both candidates will have some experience of the law and practice in respect of business immigration or be committed to developing expertise in this area.

Office location is flexible, either Crawley or Guildford.
