Construction Litigation Lawyer 3+ (12 month FTC) To £££

This popular City firm is looking for an experienced construction litigator to cover a 12 month maternity cover. Acting for major developers, owners, employers, contractors and funders you will be advising on the full range of national and international standard-form construction contracts (including FIDIC, NEC, JCT and LOGIC), as well as bespoke contract forms and project agreements.Sectors include infrastructure, transport, energy and natural resources spanning domestic, international and cross border matters. Experience of a wide range of dispute resolution methods including litigation, international arbitration, adjudication and major forms of ADR essential.
