Job Details
A Legal 100 Law firm are looking for a skilled Insolvency Solicitor to join their highly regarded department in Manchester. The firm has reported great levels of success throughout 2020 and they are firmly fixed in a very strong position within the legal market. Our client is now looking to expand their leading and award-winning Insolvency department and recruit a skilled Insolvency Solicitor in Manchester, for what they predict to be a strong and busy 2021.
Joining the Insolvency team, you would be dealing with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Matters will range from advising Directors going through financial hardship to advising on the insolvency business sales and everything in between. You will be working with a real mix of clients including stakeholders within the insolvency process, financial institutions, landlords, individual debtors, charities public sector bodies and many more.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Insolvency Solicitor and is open to appoint someone at Associate, Managing Associate or Director level. The Insolvency team regularly deal with high value insolvencies and so experience of this is desirable but not essential. Our client is happy to receive applications from anyone with from two years to ten years post qualification experience within another Insolvency department. It is essential you can hit the ground running with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work from day one and want to contribute to the further success of the department.
