Solicitor (Construction)
Coventry
£35k-50k dependant on experience
We are seeking a fully qualified Solicitor with experience in a broad range of matters including construction, for a forward-thinking, prestigious, Legal 500 listed law firm at their modern offices in Coventry.
As a Solicitor, working in a large commercial property department, this role will involve running a wide-ranging caseload, including non-contentious construction cases, building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and ancillaries etc.
You will be well supported by a team of professionals and support staff and will work closely with the litigation team and contentious construction experts.
Suitable candidates will have experience in a wide range of matters including construction. Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives with all levels of PQE. This is a permanent position, offered with a competitive salary and range of benefits including:
