Job Details
A long established high street law firm with several offices in the local area are looking for an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing family team.
Your role will be to manage a caseload of privately funded family matters including divorce, financial disputes, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, non-molestation orders and injuctions. There will also be some children matters included in your caseload. In addtion, you'll provide advice on alternative methods of resolution such as mediation and collaborative law.
You will be working alongside some senior Family Lawyers who are Family Law Panel and Resolution Members, so you'll have good mentors to learn from.
You must be a qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx or FCILEx) likely with 1-3yrs PQE however this is flexible/open for the right individual and those with more experience are also encouraged to apply. You'll have proven experience in handling a range of family law matters including the ones mentioned above.
