We are working on behalf of a long-standing, well known national firm to assist with recruitment for an Employment Lawyer. The role is to join the firm's Leeds Employment Rights practice, under the leadership of an expert Partner.
This is a specialist firm, very well regarded for its top ranked employment practice. Within this role you will run a full and varied caseload of matters to include unfair dismissal and compromise agreements along with more complex discrimination and TUPE files. You will also support the firm's broad ranging client base (which includes trade unions and private individuals) through advocacy work at employment tribunals.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a personable and enthusiastic employment Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor with around two years or more post qualified experience within employment law. However, you are still encouraged to apply if you fall outside of this.
