Probate Lawyer

I am acting on behalf of an in-house legal team who specialise in private client work.  They are looking to recruit an additional Solicitor/FCilex into the team.

You will be an experienced Probate Lawyer with experience of dealing with matters from initial instruction to the distribution of monies. You will be used to signing off accounts for more junior members of the team and be happy to supervise where required and assist with the development of the more junior fee earners in the team.

This is an in-house legal team with an abundance of work, and you will work as part of a co-hesive, friendly team of lawyers. The fee earners are currently working from home, and this could be maintained in the long term for the right candidate, with a visit to the office maybe once a month.

To be successful in the role, you will have solid expertise in Probate/Estate Administration work and be able to ensure that all work in handled in a timely and professionally, working with a bespoke IT/case management system. The business is CLC regulated.
