Corporate & Commercial Partner

This is a great opportunity to join a legal 500 firm based in Wiltshire at partner level as a critical hire.  

You will ideally be a solicitor who is at Senior Associate or Partner level in your current role. You will be taking the lead on company commercial fee-earning work, dealing with existing clients and using business development activities to grow the client base. 
 
You will be looking after a range of commercial clients, which will include everything from large regional and national businesses to clients in the local area. This team is very dynamic, with vast expertise across commercial, corporate, regulatory and employment areas.
 
This role would be suited to someone who also has solid corporate mergers and acquisitions experience, along with experience of leading a small team. 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a local firm in Wiltshire, dealing with a lot of high net worth clients and high quality work, much of which is fed through from London.
