The Role

This firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor 2 years + PQE to join their successful practice in Birmingham.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. The firm are looking for an individual with the drive and hunger to help build up the firm's caseload on a long-term basis.

This vacancy has arisen due to the incredibly large amount of work that an established Partner has on at the moment. They have been with the firm for several years and needs the support of a mid-level Lawyer to assist.

Due the nature of the work, a lot of this work will be contentious, so an experienced Solicitor with experience in this field will be preferred.

• You will be experienced in handling an Employment caseload with autonomy
• You will be personable, and thrive on client contact
• Comfortable handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters
