CORPORATE SOLICITOR

Assured Corporate Solicitor (2+PQE) sought for new role within highly-regarded team and national firm in Manchester City Centre

THE FIRM:

• National commercial law firm
• Strong Corporate offering
• Based central Manchester

THE ROLE:

• The Corporate Finance team covers the full range of corporate work, focusing in particular on UK and cross-border M&A transactions for a range of local, national and international clients
• Whilst the team has experiencing in advising clients on a wide-range of Corporate Finance matters, it has particular expertise in advising listed clients on equity capital raisings in the public market
• The work is a mix of M&A and Corporate finance, allowing exposure to a wide range of Corporate deals and advice.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Assured Corporate Solicitor, with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Corporate Law, with a minimum of 2PQE.
