REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - SENIOR ASSOCIATE 5PQE+ / SHEFFIELD

Our client is a popular Top 50 brand which has expanded significantly in recent years and continues to do so through a combination of organic growth and also lateral appointments of experienced lawyers with client followings and 'added value'.

As part of this ongoing growth they have a fledgling office in Yorkshire to which they are fully committed, and which is being spearheaded by Commercial Property expertise. They now have a tight team in place headed by 2 partners, and they are looking to reinforce the unit with an additional appointment of a Senior Associate, so most likely c5yrs+PQE. Suitable candidates will be coming from a recognised commercial brand and will have a good base of real estate expertise, though that could be development, acquisitions and disposals, or landlord/tenant work. It is important that you've acted for good quality and demanding clients as this firm is acting at a good level and so needs to be sure that their recruits are able to meet those clients expectations. You should be looking for a small office environment which is fully integrated into a broader network but which it is envisaged will remain fairly compact for the forseeable future.

Although this team are relatively new in Sheffield, they have already developed an impressive reputation in the market handling complex matters for developers, local authorities, investors and promoters. They also handle a lot of large-scale regeneration projects and mixed-use development.
