Job Details

An exciting opportunity exists at this traditional high street Law firm for an Employment Lawyer with good legal experience as well as some business development acumen. This highly reputable firm have a small caseload for someone to come into but they do need to recruit someone who is prepared to go out and generate their own business too. The work covers an equal mix of claimant and respondent and contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters including Group Actions. You are able to undertake your own advocacy or can instruct Counsel; whatever you prefer. This role has the potential to grow with the successful candidate and could lead to you taking on more Lawyers under you and turn into a Head of Department role further down the line. If you are a minimum of 2 years PQE and are happy to work through matters as well as visit sites to undertake Company Health Checks and to generate more work then this could be the perfect next career move for you.
